Erin is responsible for managing the writing team and the group of editors focused on setting editorial direction for our articles. Her responsibilities include article assignments, article accuracy and consistency of content throughout what we call the "arc of knowledge". Prior to joining Mentor Media, Erin dabbled in politics, non-profit work, and environmental consulting. She now lives in Hong Kong and is trying her hand at teaching English as a foreign language while working for Mentor Media.

Sam is responsible for managing the team of Content Editors who review all of our articles for technical accuracy and consistency. Sam comes from a Finance background (CPA). A fan of both the PvE and PvP aspects of the game, Sam sports several characters, named after family members, though his weapon of choice is his Priest. Coming up next is a Dranei Shaman commemorating his newest family addition, his son.

Karen manages the team of professional editors who review every article for effectiveness of information presentation, spelling and grammar. Karen is a seasoned publishing professional with years of experience with consumer-oriented publications including TV Guide and TV Host.

Genevieve works with Karen to review newsletter articles and to make sure the text maintains a consistent level of quality and clarity. She brings over ten years of experience in book and online publishing. In addition to working for Mentor Media, Genevieve also coordinates and edits website content for a research center focusing on information technology at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.

Christa puts her practiced ability to nitpick to use while editing every article that comes her way. When she isn't sniffing out sentence fragments and misplaced commas, she can be found working on her fiction and non-fiction book projects, posting to her blog, and, of course, playing WoW.
